Terms of Service: V Ground Zero

By accessing or using V Ground Zero, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. We built this for the optimization of the cerebral cortex; let’s keep the environment high-functioning.
1. Eligibility & Account Security
- User Age: You must be at least 13 years old (or the legal age in your country) to use this service.
- Account Responsibility: You are the “commander” of your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
2. Community & Mood Sharing Rules
Our “Read Your Friends’ Moods” feature is designed for empathy and connection. By using it, you agree:
- No Harassment: You will not use a friend’s mood data to mock, harass, or bully them.
- Authenticity: While we encourage self-expression, you may not impersonate others or create “bot” accounts to manipulate the social ecosystem.
- Privacy Respect: Do not screenshot or share a friend’s private mood data outside of the app without their explicit consent.
3. AI Interaction & Content
- AI Advice: The advice provided by our AI is for informational and entertainment purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or legal advice.
- User Content: You retain ownership of the thoughts and tasks you record. However, by posting in public or shared areas, you grant V Ground Zero a license to host and display that content to your designated friends.
4. Gamification & Rewards
- Points System: Points earned through task completion and mind games have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Fair Play: Any attempt to “game” the system or exploit bugs to earn unearned points may result in account suspension. We value the integrity of the self-actualization process.
5. Prohibited Conduct
To keep the cortical environment healthy, you may not:
- Upload “stress-inducing” or “toxic” content designed to harm other users’ mental well-being.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer the AI or scrape data from the “mind games” or “invigorating playlists.”
- Use the app for any illegal activities.
6. Limitation of Liability
V Ground Zero is a tool for self-optimization. We provide the platform “as is.” We are not responsible for any perceived lack of “actualization” or for any emotional distress resulting from interactions with the AI or other users.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to V Ground Zero if you violate these terms or if your behavior consistently disrupts the community’s pursuit of mental stimulation and growth.
